Action Over Words

Being "ningas-kugon" is a dreadful cancerous epidemic plague that most of us have. And yes,I admit at times I suffer from that inevitable disease especially when it comes to eating and diet,urgh! But let me share you some points I have read,heard and partially applied (haha!)so that they may help you also.


1. According to Blue,(which I think he doesnt take into consideration,hehe!),it takes 21 days to develop a habit or routine. So if you want toothbrushing to be part of your daily routine,be patient enough to do it for 21 days.


2. Self-discipline is a virtue.


3. Any equipment,no matter how expensive is,won't take its effect if you are not determined to operate it.


4. Searching for means to better change is essential but becomes nonsense if you don't put them into proper application.


5. Your determined opponent is yourself.


6. Follow your own way of thnking;don't let others manipulate you.


7. Learn to accept your weaknesses. Who knows one day they will be your strength?


8. Lastly,aim high;as high as you can as long as you don't step at someone's feet!
